Arbitration: For disputes under $10,000, either party may elect binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
