Our Return Policy
Every TrendWaveExpress product is made specifically for you. Because of this custom process, we can only accept returns for defective items, damage, or shipping errors.
What We Accept Returns For
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

Defective products - Manufacturing defects, misprints, quality issues

Damaged items - Tears, holes, stains, or shipping damage

Wrong item shipped - We sent the wrong size, color, or design
What We DO NOT Accept Returns For
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind - You decided you don't want it

Wrong size ordered - You chose the wrong size (check size charts before ordering)

Color differences - Slight variations between your screen and the actual product

Fit preferences - Doesn't fit the way you expected

Used or washed items - Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
All sales are final except for defects, damage, and shipping errors listed above.
Return Window
30 days from delivery date to report issues.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email trendwaveexpress.store@gmail.com within 30 days with:

Order number

Clear photos showing the issue

Brief description
Step 2: We Review
We'll review within 2 business days and approve or deny.
Step 3: Return Instructions
If approved, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid label (for defects/damage only).
Step 4: Ship It Back
Pack securely and ship within 7 days of approval.
Step 5: Refund or Replacement
Once received and inspected:

Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Replacement: Shipped within 7 business days
Return Shipping Costs

Defective/damaged/wrong items: We cover return shipping

Buyer error (wrong size ordered): You cover return shipping (and we can't guarantee acceptance)
What Happens If Your Return Is Denied
Returns are denied if:

Item has been used, worn, or washed
-
Tags have been removed
-
Item was damaged by you (not by us or carrier)

Return requested after 30 days

Photos don't show a valid defect
If denied, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size:

Return the original (if it qualifies under our policy)

Place a new order for the size you want
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)

It may take 5-10 additional days for your bank to process the refund
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned for any reason, including defects. Please review carefully before purchasing.
