Who We Ship To
We currently ship only to the 50 United States. We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) or international addresses.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 7 business days.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Important: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we're not responsible for theft or loss. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Wrong Address
