Shipping Policy

Overview

Every TrendWaveExpress order is custom-made in the USA using premium materials. Because we create each item specifically for you, shipping takes a bit longer than mass-produced retail—but it's worth the wait.

Who We Ship To

We currently ship to all 50 United States.

We do not ship to:

  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • International addresses

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are fulfilled within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping takes 3-7 business days after fulfillment.

Total delivery time: 6-14 business days in most cases.

During peak periods (holidays, major drops), fulfillment may take up to 10 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may take 24-48 hours to activate after shipping.

If tracking shows no movement for 3+ days, contact us at trendwaveexpress.store@gmail.com

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Please double-check before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect address:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages

  • Refunds will not be issued for address errors

  • You may need to pay additional fees to reship

Contact us immediately at trendwaveexpress.store@gmail.com if you notice an error. We'll try to update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Shipping Delays

Delays can happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • High-volume periods

  • Holidays

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll do our best to help resolve issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number

  3. If unresolved after 3 business days, email trendwaveexpress.store@gmail.com

We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by carriers. We recommend using secure delivery locations.

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the item and packaging

  2. Email trendwaveexpress.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  3. Include your order number and photos

We'll arrange a replacement or refund for verified damage.

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

If your package shows delivered but was stolen:

  1. File a police report

  2. Contact the carrier

  3. Email us at trendwaveexpress.store@gmail.com with the report

We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion.

Order Issues

Wrong Item Shipped:

Contact us at trendwaveexpress.store@gmail.com within 7 days with photos. We'll send the correct item at no charge.

Missing Items:

Contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and ship missing items or issue a refund.

No Cancellations or Address Changes After Order

Orders cannot be canceled once placed because fulfillment begins immediately.

Addresses cannot be changed unless we catch it before fulfillment (typically within 1-2 hours).
